The lawyer for an officer charged in George Floyd‘s fatal arrest appeared on Chris Cuomo’s CNN show Monday night to profess his client’s innocence, but he earned Cuomo’s criticism for suggesting that bystanders could have intervened.
Via his Instagram story, Drake posted a photo of the interview along with the caption “Thomas Lane lawyer struggling through an ATTEMPT to justify this situation live on television…can’t even decide how to defend his client, this s**t is foul to watch.”
