The footage shows police questioning Benzino and his ex-girlfriend Althea Hart, who is also the mother of his youngest son. Althea and her man that was with her claimed that Benzino punched the man’s truck, which led to them calling the police.
After others confirmed that they saw Benzino punch the truck, which had visible damage, Benzino was arrested for criminal damage. After being handcuffed, a visibly upset Benzino questioned Althea why she would press charges and have him arrested. You can see the full situation unfold above.
