The mother was reportedly further infuriated when she learned that those involved had only received a one-day suspension for the abhorrent act, which sparked outrage in the community.

Young Thug Baby Mother Child Shot to Death Outside Bowling Alley
31-year-old LaKevia Jackson—the mother of one of Young Thug’s children—was shot and killed in Atlanta following an alleged argument at a bowling alley.
Police are searching for the man who fired on Jackson on Thursday at the Metro Fun Center. When authorities responded to reports of a shooting, Jackson was found dead from multiple gunshot wounds.
Per local CBS reporter Tori Cooper, LaKevia’s mother Sherina Jackson said her daughter was at the bowling alley for her best friend’s birthday. A fight over a bowling ball escalated, and the currently unidentified suspect waited for her in the parking lot for 20 minutes. Her mother added Thug and LaKevia’s 14-year-old son “isn’t doing well” upon hearing the news.

“This is truly an atrocity. A young lady has lost her life over a bowling ball. We talk about conflict-resolution time and time again and this is an escalated dispute so we will work this case through the night and we will find the person responsible,” Lt. Ralph Woolfolk said. “You know who you are so go ahead and turn yourself in.” Based on ballistic evidence and surveillance footage, police said they are close to making an arrest.

Page Six reports that Ray J has met with former President Donald Trump, and he brought Kodak Black along with. The meeting happened yesterday night (March 17), and video from the event that shows the moment Black met Trump has surfaced.
Although the audio in the clip is difficult to decipher due to music and general background noise, Trump can be heard asking Black, “How are you?” as the rapper approached him. Black gives Trump a fist-bump and the two share a few more words.

YouTubers Facing 7 Years in Prison for Attempting to Spend Night in Target
A Pennsylvania couple is facing felony charges for hiding overnight in a >Chester County Target store and filming themselves for their YouTube channel.
25-year-old Johnson Larose and 24-year-old Charlotte Fischer are facing third-degree criminal trespassing charges after police say they tripped an alarm that alerted them to the Target. Police found no one inside of the store, but the following day, Target employees found surveillance footage of Larose and Fischer walking around the store with their phones.

Police were stumped on the motive for Larose and Fischer being in the store, as they didn’t take anything. However, the couple’s YouTube page provided more information, as Larose and Fischer shared a video titled “24 Hour Overnight Challenge in Target” of them building a fort inside of Target and then wandering around the closed store.
In the video, the couple claimed they stayed in Target overnight. However, police say that they left through an emergency exit at 3 am, which tripped the alarm, and they returned at 8 am to finish the video.
After their arrest, the couple was released on $25,000 unsecured bail and have been banned from Target stores across the Keystone State.

Jussie Smollett Says Judge Sentenced Him to Jail Because He’s Black
Jussie Smollett has been in the headlines since being sentenced to 150 days in jail for staging a homophobic, race-based attack in 2019. Many tried to come to the defense of the actor, with people like Samuel L. Jackson and his wife asking the judge for leniency in his case. However, the judge ended up issuing jail time along with fines amounting to $145,000, and probation after jail. Now, Smollett has reportedly given his take on the sentencing.

According to sources directly in contact with Smollett, the actor expected to receive some form of jail time. Smollett reportedly told his lawyers ahead of sentencing that he felt he’d get more because he is Black. The actor also says his situation is more proof of systemic racism in the justice system.
A representative for the Cook County Chief Judge’s office was asked about the situation, and responded “judges can’t comment on pending cases, and it’s still pending.” As of now, Smollett will be held in protective custody while in jail, while an officer with body cameras monitor his cell.
