Reports indicate that a grand jury formally indicted suspect Patrick Xavier Clark for the murder of Takeoff in Houston. The Harris County District Attorney’s Office confirmed that authorities officially charged Clark on Thursday morning (May 25). The Migos rapper, real name Kirsnick Khari Ball, died on November 1 in a shooting outside of a private bowling alley party that left two other individuals injured.
Documents obtained by The Fader reveal that prosecutors in Fetty Wap’s alleged drug trafficking case used his song “Trap Queen” in court. According to the court documents, they referenced the song to back up their request for a longer sentence. They claim that Fetty Wap told the government that the song was about the rapper participating in drug trafficking. Prosecutors also claim that the song’s music video “idealized selling drugs.” They additionally referenced his 2022 song, “Sweet Yamz.” “Yams is code for grams of narcotics, and making significant money (i.e., ‘bands’) from that illegal trade,” they claimed.
“Fetty Wap admitted to the Probation Department that his hit song ‘Trap Queen,’ which was released in 2014, was an ‘ode to a former girlfriend who assisted him a cocaine base distribution operation in Patterson, New Jersey,’” prosecutors said. They added, “The defendant was never held accountable for that conduct, but that does not diminish its significance.” They went on to say, “In the official video for ‘Trap Queen,’ the defendant also enlisted young children who stood behind him while he idealized selling drugs.”

The money Roddy will pay breaks down to $8,000 per month for their child, covering the months of April, May, and June. According to court documents, Roddy will reportedly receive credit against future payments or child support orders. While explaining herself, the woman accused the rapper of not taking care of his child and also drug use. Kiser went on to say, “Rodrick Moore is gang affiliated. He has been arrested on a gun charge, domestic violence and regularly indulges in promethazine use all of which are concerns for myself and our son.”

Bhad Bhabie explained that she has six tattoos dedicated to Chief Keef, “I have one guy who managed to make it six times, five or six. So, I have Chief Keef’s birthday, his last name, his name, his nickname, I have ‘CK’ on my ankle, and I have his last name right here. According to reports, Brooklyn-based rapper Desiigner (Sidney Royel Selby III) has been charged for exposing and touching himself on a Delta Airlines plane right in front of a female flight attendant on April 17th. The 25-year-old was flying in from Japan to the Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport. The “Panda” rapper was seated in the Delton One cabin during the alleged incident, and at one point during the occurrence, Desiigner began to masturbate. Desiigner’s lewd actions prompted the flight attendants to serve him with an FAA violation card for breaking federal law. As a result, Desiigner was apprehended by the FBI once his flight touched down. Shortly after being released by law enforcement, Desiigner took to insgram to publish a story addressing his recent embarrassing judgment lapse on a Delta Air Lines flight.
“For the past few months, I have not been OK, and I have been struggling to come to terms with what is going on,” Desiigner wrote on Instagram. “While overseas for a concert I performed at, I had to be admitted into a hospital, I was not thinking clearly.”
