A North Carolina man has been arrested in a cold-blooded road-rage shooting that left a mom of six dead. Dejywan Floyd, 29, of Lumberton, was arrested early Thursday on first-degree murder charges in the death of 47-year-old Julie Eberly. The arrest comes a week after Eberly was shot through the passenger door of her car as she and her husband, Ryan, were on their way to celebrate their anniversary.
Chet Hanks and an ex-girlfriend are at war over a volatile relationship that recently ended — with both of them slinging allegations of violence, and there’s video of a bloodied Hanks.
TMZ has obtained video of what Chet says is the end of an altercation between him and his ex, Kiana Parker, that turned violent back on January 8 at Chet’s place in Sugarland, TX. Chet turns the camera on Kiana when she appears to swipe at him as she holds a pot, with a bloodied Chet reappearing in the next frame, saying she charged at him with the knife … something Kiana denies.
Chet’s not the only one to claim violence … Kiana got a restraining order against Chet in January, alleging he roughed her up on multiple occasions between Oct. 2020 and Jan. 2021.
During one incident, while the couple was in New Orleans for Chet to shoot “Your Honor,” Kiana claims he became enraged when she said she was going to leave their room at the Windsor Court hotel to get food … grabbing her wrists and arms and flinging her around to keep her in the room. Chet denies the allegations
In a recent interview with TMZ, Kodak Black praised former President Donald Trump for granting him clemency and was all smiles while showing off his MAGA cap.
“I’m a real one, Trump a real one,” said Kodak before showing the autographed cap. “We gemini’s. His birthday’s two days after mine.”
Elsewhere in the interview, Kodak talked about recording nearly 200 songs since being released from prison. “The music is easy. It’s just me taking my time, you know … setting my future up and not going back to prison or jail, none of that type of stuff,” he said. “Y’all tell Justin Bieber I have a song for him … I got a song I need Beyoncé on … I just need her to do two bars and I got the rest.”
Quavo and Saweetie’s issues appear to run much deeper than alleged infidelity because they had a fight in an elevator — before they split — and the altercation was all captured on video.
TMZ obtained surveillance footage of the struggle, which went down at an apartment complex in North Hollywood. It shows both of them standing outside an open elevator, and when the video starts Saweetie is swinging on Quavo.

According to reports, the alleged shooter of King Von— Timothy “Lul Tim” Leeks has allegedly been released from jail on a $100,000 bond. The Quando Rondo affiliate Lul Tim was arrested for the murder while being in the hospital after being injured as a result of the incident.
