Florida Youth Track Coach Accused of Raping and Molesting 2 Sisters
A popular track and field coach in Miami Gardens, FL has been accused of sexually molesting two of his students – both of whom are sisters. The oldest of the two sisters came forward and accused Darius Lawshea, 45, of sexual assault who she says molested her 10 years before he recently molested her younger sister.
The woman claims Lawshea had non-consensual sex with her when she was just 14-years-old. She said the encounters occurred once at his apartment and two other times in his car before taking her home from practice. She said “she never disclosed what happened because she was fearful because Mr. Lawshea was loved by everyone in the community and she didn’t want to get in trouble but she battled with why Mr. Lawshea like her and she was only 14-years-old.”
She decided to come forward after learning that Lawshea was doing the same thing to her younger sister. The woman received word that Lawshea “recently sexually molested her little sister, so therefore she knew it was important to finally speak up.”
During the court hearing, Lawshea’s attorney said, “My client is well respected in the community and well respected among many who are now adults. There has been an outpouring of support for Mr. Lawshea. This is an individual who is going forth and plans to say that he is innocent.”
Lawshea is facing two counts of lewd and lascivious molestation of a child, aged 12 to 16 (charges related to the younger sister) and three counts of sexual battery (charges related to the older sister).

Police Detain Offset After Run-In with Trump Crowd
According to reports, Offset was detained and subsequently released by Beverly Hills police after an apparent run-in with pro-Trump supporters in the area. Offset went on IG Live during the interaction with the police, where he refused to remove his hands from the steering wheel and exit the vehicle. From the video, Offset implies the officers’ weapons were drawn, making the Migos rapper fearful of the situation.
The Trump crowd claimed that Offset or someone from his vehicle brandished a firearm from inside the car. Offset refutes the claim; however, the other person in his car, Marcelo Almanzar, Cardi’s cousin, was arrested for having a concealed weapon.

Hurricane Chris Indicted on Second-Degree Murder Charge
According to reports, Shreveport rapper Hurricane Chris was indicted for his connection to a fatal shooting outside a convenience store back in June. Hurricane Chris, real name Christopher Jerron Dooley, 31, was indicted by a Caddo Parish grand jury Thursday for second-degree murder in connection with the shooting death of 32-year-old Danzeria Ferris Jr. In addition to facing the second-degree murder charge, the Caddo Parish District Attorney’s Office also charged Dooley with illegal possession of a stolen 2016 Mercedes sedan which was connected to the slaying.
Just to illustrate the uptick of violence in Shreveport, Dooley was one of five other second-degree murder indictments to be handed down on Thursday. According to court documents, 27-year-old DeMichael Antonio Turel, 22-year-old Treyvious DeJuan Dotie, 25-year-old Antonio LaCedric Johnson, and 21-year-old Don Lee Johnson of Arkansas, were also indicted on separate 2nd-degree murder charges.

R. Kelly Denied Release After Being Beaten Up in Jail
Recently, R. Kelly’s lawyer asked the court to reconsider letting him out of jail while he waits for his trials in New York and Illinois, but a judge ruled against that.
The issues that R. Kelly has faced while being in jail continue to be told through his lawyers, who are now saying Kelly was beaten while locked up, and no one in the facility where he’s being held even “raised a finger” to stop the attack from going down.
Legal documents filed by Kelly’s lawyers this past Friday say surveillance footage from the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Chicago shows that one inmate “roamed a great distance … before carrying out that act, without any opposition.” As a result of the inmate being able to roam, Kelly received “significant physical and psychological injuries.”
Michael Leonard, one of Kelly’s lawyers, said, “An unresolved issue remains as to whether MCC personnel encouraged, and then allowed, a beating of Mr. Kelly to take place. That alone merits an evidentiary hearing.”

Memphis Man Flashes McDonald’s Drive-Thru Workers & Films Their Reaction
A Memphis man was arrested for flashing a McDonald’s drive-thru worker early Sunday morning around 12:30 a.m., WMC reported.
27-year-old Curtis D. West is charged with indecent exposure after an incident that occurred at the McDonald’s located on the 4000 block of Summer Avenue.
When police arrived at the scene, one of the workers advised that West ordered food from the drive-thru around 11:54 p.m. Saturday. WMC reported, West paid for his food at the first window and approached the second window for his order.
The victim told police she noticed West exposing his genitals to her while recording for her reaction on his phone. The victim also said West parked his vehicle and continued recording her as he continued to expose himself.
Another employee told Memphis police she was also exposed to West’s genitals at the window. She said he then left the scene.
Memphis police said while on scene investigating, West returned to retrieve his food. Officers then detained him.
West was arrested and transported for booking.
