California Officer Arrested for Allegedly Masturbating in Home During Domestic Disturbance Call
According to reports, a California cop was arrested after allegedly masturbating in the home of a domestic disturbance victim during an investigation.
San Jose Officer Matthew Dominguez, 32, allegedly “touched himself” in front of two female family members during the investigation. Dominguez fully exposed himself forcing the “shocked and scared” women to search out others in house for refuge.
“The charged behavior is beyond disturbing,” DA Jeff Rosen said in a statement. “Law enforcement officers respond to our homes to help crime victims, not terrorize, traumatize, and create new victims.”
Dominguez’s case comes amid changes to disciplinary proceedings within the San Jose Police Department.
“Let me start by sharing my commitment to transparency,” Police Chief Anthony Mata said in a previous statement. “The days of saying this is a ‘personnel matter’ are over in the San Jose Police Department. My administration and I will share what we can when it comes to investigations. Although the amount of information we can provide may be limited, we will provide it.”

Philadelphia Man Ambushed by Gunmen in Broad Daylight While at Gas Station Pump
Surveillance footage that surfaced via Philadelphia police shows a man recently being ambushed while at a gas station this past Monday.
Two armed men dressed in black pulled up on a victim at a Gulf gas station in North Philly around 2:30 PM. The men dashed out of their car and then ran towards the victim, with one suspect holding a handgun while the other held an assault rifle.
30-year-old Brandon Dixon was shot multiple times before the suspects ran back to their car and sped off. As of now, police are actively looking for the suspects.
