    Driver Runs Over Man While Doing Donuts In NYC, Leaves Victim With Fractured Skull

    NEW YORK CITY — A driver accused of running over a man who was recording video of him doing donuts during an illegal street event in New York City has surrendered to police Wednesday.

    The victim, 23-year-old Christopher Brito, was critically injured when he fell to the ground before being struck just after midnight Saturday, according to police.

    Police said at least 1,000 people were in attendance at the event, and that calls flooded into 911.

    Video shows the driver doing donuts and several people walking into the street to record video. One man is nearly struck but manages to jump out of the way, and then Brito, of Tannersville, Pennsylvania, is seen walking out with his phone.

    He falls in front of the car and is run over while horrified onlookers watch.

    According to reports, a Florida Burger King employee was in police custody after shooting at a drive-thru customer during a dispute that included the customer throwing mayo at the employee.

    After what police are describing as a verbal dispute, Shateasha Monique Hicks, 30, allegedly opened fire on a customer after the man threw packets of mayo at her through the drive-thru window. Witnesses say Hicks ran to her vehicle and grabbed her gun before letting off at least five rounds at the car.

    “He was making faces at her through the car window, out here in the road, and that’s when he pulled in here and that just set her off,” the witness told WPLG News. “She started jumping up and down, ran outside and started shooting at him. He took off after that and then she got in her car and followed him.”

    Hicks fled the scene in her car before authorities arrested her later that day. Her car was found abandoned roughly a mile away from her home with the gun in the car’s floorboard.

    She is currently facing a single charge for discharging a firearm in public.

Jerry Thayil, whose father owns the Fuqua Express station, told CNN the thieves hit the station three days in a row last week and got away with between $5,000 and $6,000 worth of fuel.”

    67-Year-Old Asian Woman Punched Over 125 Times By Grown Man In Yonkers, NY

    A Yonkers man has been charged with a hate crime in the brutal beating of a 67-year-old Asian-American woman — who was stomped and punched more than 125 times while being called an “Asian bitch,” officials said.

    Tammel Esco, 42, was charged with assault and attempted murder in the horrific Friday evening attack — with the entire assault caught on surveillance video. “This is one of the most appalling attacks I have ever seen,” Yonkers Police Commissioner John Mueller said in a statement. “To beat a helpless woman is despicable, and targeting her because of her race makes it more so.” Esco spewed the racial slur as the woman walked past him outside her Yonkers apartment building shortly after 6 p.m. Friday, cops said. He followed the victim to the building’s front door and attacked her from behind, unleashing a brutal barrage of punches and stomping her seven times.
    The horrifying footage shows the woman falling to the ground, with her attacker continuing to repeatedly punch her after she’s down and cowering. She suffered bleeding of the brain, facial fractures, and multiple lacerations to the head and face, Westchester County prosecutors said in a release.”

    Fatal Shooting Reported At The Office Strip Club in Northeast Miami-Dade

    Miami-Dade police are investigating a shooting that was reported at a strip club in northeast Miami-Dade.

    The shooting was reported early Monday at The Office gentleman’s club at 250 NE 183rd St. Authorities did not immediately confirm whether the shooting occurred inside or outside the club, however cellphone video posted on social media appears to show a man lying on the floor of the club after the shooting as bystanders quickly leave.

    According to Detective Alvaro Zabaleta, who is also a spokesman for the police department, officers arrived at the scene to find a man who had been shot.

    He said Miami-Dade Fire Rescue personnel pronounced the victim dead at the scene.

    While the strip club is a relatively small venue, it does get busy and appeared to be packed overnight as Florida-based rapper LuBaby 4x was also performing.

    No other details were immediately released.
