Philadelphia Police Release Bodycam Footage of Walter Wallace Jr. Killing
The city of Philadelphia is preparing for a night of potential unrest in response to the release of the bodycam footage from the Walter Wallace Jr. killing. The footage captured Wallace’s encounter as he was going through a mental health crisis and ended in officers shooting Wallace 10 times.
The release of the bodycam footage is the first time the department has done so. “While this is not a milestone to be celebrated, we truly believe that this is an important step in our commitment to transparency,” said Philadelphia police commissioner Danielle Outlaw. “The release of this footage has been very carefully considered, with the safety of the officers and the community in mind.”
This comes nine days after the 27-year-old black man was fatally shot by police, prompting another string of protests around the country. The shooting is currently being investigated by two separate bodies – one by the district attorney’s office and one by the force’s internal affairs unit.

Adrien Broner Arrested & Sent To Court For Not Paying His $800K Lawsuit
Adrien Broner was forced to pay more than $800,000 to a sexual assault victim who sued Broner in 2018. According to TMZ, the victim claims that the boxer forced his tongue in her mouth in a Cleveland nightclub and didn’t stop until a friend of Broner’s pulled him off of her. Broner pleads guilty to the offense earlier this year and is now paying what’s owed to her.
According to the TMZ report, the judge believes that Broner acted maliciously and that the 6 figure award is necessary to “punish and deter him from engaging in similar conduct in the future.” The victim in the case reportedly went through months of therapy dealing with PTSD after the assault.

T.I.‘s Crime Stoppers video haunts him like it’s Michael Myers and he’s a relative. Funkmaster Flex decided to make Tip relive this horror once again when he brought back the clip on Monday.
In an Instagram post, Flex decided to be the latest entertainer to use Tip’s infamous Crime Stoppers video to insist the rapper is a snitch.
Flex’s attack against T.I. started after it was announced that Tip would be going head-to-head against Jeezy in a Verzuz battle. Prior to this, T.I. was hoping to take on someone from New York City, leading him to call out Busta Rhymes. Although Tip will take on the Snowman, his taunting of New York didn’t sit well with Flex.
