Mom And 12-Year-Old Daughter Arrested for Confronting Bully with a Gun
A video of a mom and 12-year-old student holding a gun and banging on the door of a school bus circulated on social media before she was arrested, according to Louisiana police.
At around 2:30 p.m. on Friday, Aug. 19, officers responded to a report of an aggravated assault at a location about 3 miles north of the school where the child is a student, according to the New Orleans Police Department. The student goes to Akili Academy, a pre-K through eighth grade school, according to WWLTV. School officials did not respond to a request for comment from McClatchy News.
Officers arrested the 12-year-old student on Aug. 19 and charged her with aggravated assault with a firearm, according to the New Orleans Police Department. Police also charged her mother with principal to aggravated assault and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Lil Baby Artist Dirty Tay Arrested for Alleged Shooting That Left 3-Yr-Old Shot in the Head
According to reports, Lil Baby’s artist Dirty Tay, real name Kentavious Wright, was arrested on multiple charges for an alleged shooting that left a 3-year-old shot in the head.
Police say the shooting was “targeted” at the child’s father. Latest reports say the 3-year-old boy is in critical condition.
Wright was arrested last Friday and video of his arrest made its way to social media where it was circulated. He now faces charges including criminal attempt to commit murder, criminal street gang participation, aggravated assault, aggravated battery and cruelty to children.

Fetty Wap Pleads Guilty To Drug Charges Faces Mandatory 5 Year Sentence
Fetty Wap will be sentenced to at least 5 years behind bars after pleading guilty to a federal drug charge.
Fetty was in court Monday where he pled guilty to one count of intent to distribute controlled substances including cocaine, heroin and fentanyl for his arrest back in October.
Two of his co-defendants, Robert Leonardi and Anthony Cyntje pleaded guilty to the same count, in addition to firearms charges.
According to a rep for the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York the 31-year-old rap star faces a mandatory minimum sentence of five years in prison. Officials are estimating he’ll serve anywhere between 87-108 months … but he can’t get less than the 5-year minimum.

Chrisean Rock Punches Blueface In The Face For Pulling Her Braids
Blueface’s girlfriend Chrisean Rock was in police custody after punching him square in the face.
Chrisean Rock unloaded on the rapper Sunday night while they were in Whiskey Row bar in Scottsdale, AZ. Blueface was standing in front of Chrisean when she hauled back and struck him twice in the face.
Cops tell us Chrisean was arrested for misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct. They say she allegedly tried to push her way into the bar and was detained by security until police arrived.
Chrisean is now out of custody.
