Quality Control Artist Wavy Navy Pooh Reportedly Killed in Hometown of Miami

According to reports, Miami rapper and Quality Control artist Wavy Navy Pooh was shot and killed in an ambush on Friday.

Wavy Navy Pooh, real name Shandler Beaubien, 28, was suspected of being involved in several North Miami-Dade shootings over the past year. Authorities say they are bracing for a wave of retaliatory violence.

Per the Miami Herald:

The slain driver was behind the wheel of a Toyota Camry, stopped at the intersection when a gray four-door Lexus pulled on his side and opened fire, killing him. Unharmed: a 1-year-old baby boy, a 5-year-old boy, and an adult woman in the back seat.

Without offering any details about the circumstances of his death, QC CEO Pee Thomas posted a photo of Wavy Navy Pooh along with the caption, “Sad Day Bra. May God Keep Your Family [praying hands emoji][dove emoji],”
