Tekashi 6ix9ine is free! After a series of appeals, the New York rapper has been released ahead of his August 2 court date. 6ix9ine served time for racketeering conspiracy, firearms offenses and narcotics trafficking.
Due to the coronavirus pandemic, 6ix9ine will now be serving the remainder of his four-month term in home confinement under government surveillance.
#Breaking: It's done, Judge Engelmayer's order on #6ix9ine has just come out, US asked that it be delayed: 69 "shall serve the first four months of supervised release on home incarceration, to be enforced by GPS monitoring, not to be docketed until 4 pm April 2" pic.twitter.com/oMX6NT77IW
Tekashi 6ix9ine‘s co-defendant Kintea “Kooda B” McKenzie was granted a temporary release from New York’s Metropolitan Correctional Center over coronavirus concerns. This comes after Tekashi requested release due to fears over the coronavirus, which was denied. Kooda has been awaiting sentencing since pleading guilty to assault with a dangerous weapon in aid of racketeering in the 6ix9ine case, in connection to shots being fired at Chief Keef outside of the W Hotel in Times Square.
Kooda’s attorney Lisa Scolari asked Judge Paul A. Engelmayer last week to grant McKenzie the same $300,000 bond he was initially released on last year because he’s in a high-risk category for contracting the coronavirus due to his asthma. Scolari added that McKenzie used his albuterol inhaler at least once a month due to “shortness of breath,” and she also pointed out the poor conditions across New York City jails, including “shortages of soap and disinfectants.”
The government opposed Kooda B’s request on Monday (March 30), stating that his “reliance on the current health crisis to secure his release—post-conviction and less than three months from sentencing—is unfounded and should be denied.” However, Judge Engelmayer granted the request, stating that at least four inmates at the jail where Kooda is incarcerated have contracted coronavirus. The judge added that “the MCC (Metropolitan Correctional Center) has identified [Kooda B] as ‘high risk’ with respect to COVID-19.”
The graphic video reportedly features a woman who looks like the rapper’s ex Sara Molina having a sexual encounter with a man, who is believed to be his former manager Kifano ‘Shotti‘ Jordan.
While Tekashi 6ix9ine is stuck behind bars, a sex tape purportedly featuring his ex Sara Molina has made its way out online. The leaked video reportedly features graphic footage of the incarcerated rapper’s baby mama with an African American man.
Some people believe that the man in the video is none other than 6ix9ine’s former manager Kifano “Shotti” Jordan, with whom she was accused of having an affair. Sara has persistently denied that she’s romantically involved with Shotti, but the video could prove otherwise.
Sara Molina went on live to address photos that were leaked of her and Shotti of Tr3yway. Allegedly leaked by 6ix9ine‘s other baby mother, Layna.
In other news, 6ix9ine’s request to be released early from jail out of fears of contracting the coronavirus in cell has been denied. Citing a confirmed case of the coronavirus at Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, his lawyer Lance Lazzaro wrote a letter to a judge asking for him to be let out of Queens Detention Center early due to the rapidly spreading outbreak.
As he finishes the remainder of his prison sentence behind bars, the Brooklyn rapper has been hit with a $2.25 million lawsuit.

Back in October of 2018, Tekashi allegedly made a deal with Fashion Nova to promote their brand in various social media posts and in his music. Fashion Nova paid 6ix9ine $225,000 for his services.

Shotti caught on audio admitting to shooting five people in one night.
After being sentenced to fifteen years in prison for his role in the Nine Trey Gangsta Bloods crimes, Shotti‘s voice has been heard in several leaked audio recordings that have been played during court.
After it was revealed that 6ix9ine‘s driver had been a federal informant before the Nine Trey takedown, a new tape has surfaced, which features Shotti admitting to shooting five different people in one night.
Now US Attorney is playing audio that driver Jorge Rivera, cooperating with government after picked up on immigration charges, recorded of Shotti telling #6ix9ine, we got to kill somebody, I drive around with a semi-automatic rifle
In the transcript that has been released from court today, a tape was
played in which Shotti admits to firing shots at five different people
for a fellow gang member. Jorge Rivera, the driver, captured the
recording and Shotti bragged that he was the top dog now that he did Mel
Murda’s dirty work for him. “I earned my stripes,” he says in the tape.
Tekashi69‘s ex-bodyguard threatened to shoot him as he snatched the rapper from his chauffeur-driven ride and the whole ordeal was captured on video.
The dash cam video starts as a car smashes into the back of the

Tekashi testified he offered Nine Trey members $50,000 to rob and shoot at Harv after the kidnapping incident. He also just testified rapper Jim Jones is a member of Nine Trey.
Prosecutors played a phone conversation between Jones, Shotti and Mel Murda in which they’re all talking about getting revenge on Tekashi for snitching. They make multiple references to Tekashi getting “violated.”
The rapper testified that he didn’t ID his kidnappers to police or the media after the incident, but he did meet up with his former manager, Shotti, and Mel Murda afterward at his house and told them Harv and Nuke were the perps. Tekashi claims they stole $365k worth of his jewelry, and some of Harv’s text messages were shown in which he’s allegedly trying to unload the stolen jewelry.
There’s more — a recorded prison convo with Mel and another
associate was played for the jury in which Mel details the incident and
says 2 guys — Black Boy and Hollywood — were involved. Tekashi
testified that Black Boy is code for Nuke, and Hollywood is Harv.
Another convo between Tekashi and Shotti was played, in which
Shotti references the kidnapping and suggests he wants to kill Harv for
it. The convo was captured by a wiretap in a van, and Tekashi testified
he didn’t know he and Shotti were being recorded.

According to TMZ, Tekashi69’s racketeering case has begun with a bang. The rapper’s ex-manager has reportedly been sentenced to 15 years in prison.
Kifano “Shotti” Jordan pled guilty to 1 count of using and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence and 1 count of discharging a firearm in furtherance of a crime of violence.
The feds believed Shotti along with Tekashi, pulled off a gang of robberies and shootings throughout NYC. 6ix9ine agreed to be a cooperating witness as he reportedly plead guilty to 9 counts including racketeering, conspiracy, a firearms offense and narcotics trafficking charges in his case and as a part of his plea. Many believe 6ix9ine will get off with minimal time (if any) for working with the feds.
