Florida rapper Kodak Black makes his first public appearance since being released pardoned by Donald Trump. Kodak shows off new diamond grill with Johnny Dang, new tattoos and his recent weight loss.
Kodak Black, who is currently incarcerated on gun charges, has shared his new album “Bill Israel.”
The project, which contains 11 tracks, features appearances from Gucci Mane, Lil Yachty, Tory Lanez, and others. Kodak’s last studio album was 2018’s “Dying To Live. “
Now, in an open letter-format Instagram post written to Nipsey, Kodak assures the late rapper that he meant no disrespect. The message was shared on Monday (July 6), along with a photo of Nip.
On Tuesday (June 9), the incarcerated rapperKodak Black hopped on Instagram to announce an upcoming release called “Vultures Cry 2” featuring WizDaWizard and Mike Smiff and revealed that he’s currently got more music in the vault.
Furthermore, the Florida native gave his fans an update on his prison sentence, adding that he’s expecting to be home “real soon.”
Finally, Kodak Black receives some good news as it is being reported that multiple weapons charges against him have been dismissed in Florida.
The rapper’s lawyer Bradford Cohen stated that he had sat down with Miami-Date State Attorney Katherine Fernandez Rundle for a discussion about his client and, apparently, he left a good enough impression of Kodak that several of his weapons charges have been dismissed.
According to The Blast, two charges of “possession of a firearm by a prohibited person” have been dropped. Together, they carry a maximum sentence of fifteen years in prison.
“At the end of the conversation [with the State Attorney], they were concerned that he couldn’t get into the court-ordered drug treatment with an open case and a max security prison,” said Cohen. “They agreed that the fair thing to do was to dismiss the case, so he can attend drug treatment and a lower security prison.”
This is amazing news for fans of Kodak Black. The rapper is currently serving a near-four-year sentence for falsifying information on an application to purchase firearms. He is locked up in one of the most infamous maximum-security prisons in the country, Big Sandy in Kentucky.
Kodak Black was brutally beaten by multiple prison guards while handcuffed, according to a message posted on his Instagram account on Sunday (May 3). The 22-year-old rapper who legally changed his name to Bill Kapri, is currently serving out a three-year sentence at Kentucky’s Big Sandy penitentiary.
Jackboy, who’s signed to Kodak Black’s Sniper Gang, has dropped a self-titled project while his boss and friend is behind bars.
The 17-song project includes collaborations with Kodak Black, YFN Lucci, Casanova and Blac Youngsta, among others.
