In the past, Pusha Tworked with McDonaldâs to pen their storied âI’m lovin’ itâ jingle, which he says he failed to get the publishing rights for. The jingle has been used worldwide, and the brand continues to use variations of the jingle in their current advertisements. Now, Pusha T has some words for the brand he formerly linked with in a new âspicy diss trackâ on behalf of Arbyâs, who has a new fish sandwich on the way.
Arbyâs dropped the diss track geared at McDonaldâs, with Pusha T firing off bars directed at McDonaldâs Filet-O-Fish sandwich. While speaking to Rolling Stone, Pusha revealed why he came at the brand he once worked with. âI am solely responsible for the âIâm Lovinâ Itâ swag and the jingle of that company,â he said. âThatâs just real. I am the reason. Now I gotta crush it,â said Pusha T.
