According to reports and video footage that surfaced, a 27-year-old black man named Rayshard Brooks was shot by police in the parking lot of a Wendy’s this past Friday after struggling with the cops near the drive-thru.
Below is bodycam footage from an Atlanta Police Department officer who was present at the shooting of Brooks. Since the time of the shooting, Atlanta PD officer Garrett Rolfe was fired, while another officer named Devin Bronsan was placed on administrative duty.
