Boosie makes it clear he believes Gunna snitched on Young Thug when he took a plea deal in the YSL RICO case. When asked if he would swallow his street pride to record with Gunna if someone offered him a billion dollars, he immediately shut it down.
Gunna disses Lil Baby, Lil Durk and more on his latest record “Bread & Butter.” Gunna denies all of his snitch allegations in the ongoing RICO case against Young Thug and Young Slime Life (YSL) as he says he stayed solid but was tricked by the lawyers and the D.A.
Gunna appears to be referencing the recent allegations against Lil Baby’s label boss, Quality Control Music co-founder Pierre “P” Thomas. “You switched on me when you know you in business with a rat.” Last month, alleged paperwork surfaced stating that Thomas had fed information to the police back in 2010 over the murder of a close friend.
As for the “you still fuck with a n-gga that done got yo’ partner wacked” line, rumors suggest Baby’s friend and collaborator Lil Marlo was killed by an affiliate of 21 Savage, who the 4PF rapper is on good terms with.
Gunna’s rhymes could also be aimed at Lil Durk, who recently released new project “Almost Healed“, who seemingly dissed him on an unreleased song and put him on blast for “telling” on Young Thug in a recent interview with Akademiks.
Gunna has been plagued with snitching allegations since he was released from jail on an Alford plea deal in the YSL RICO case. Now, he’s appearing to address the allegations in a new song.
In a 40-second clip that went viral online, Gunna can be heard rapping, “He forgave me for my sins now they mad that I got out.” Many people interpreted the lyrics as people being angry that he was released from jail.
Boosie had some words for Gunna during his appearance on “The Big Homies House” podcast with Kodaq and Jojo. During the interview, Boosie didn’t hold back from revealing his ill will for Gunna and even wished he never sells another record again.
Boosie says the “pushin P” rapper would be better suited to continue his rap career in another country outside the U.S., and used the recent backlash from in-house YSL producer Wheezy to justify his point.
Chicago rapper Lil Durk sits down with DJ Akademiks on the Off the Record podcast, at which time he shared his thoughts on snitching in general, as well as accusing Gunna of being a rat.
A new picture of Gunna displaying his arms has been trending online for the last 24 hours.
When it comes to rappers who have bulked up and transformed their muscular definition over the years since making their debut as recording artists, a shortlist might include the likes of Melly Mel, Gucci Mane, and Wiz Khalifa. Now, it appears that Gunna has joined the ranks after having served a small fraction of a five-year sentence behind bars due to his involvement in the racketeering charges levied against several members of YSL; the College Park-based rapper reemerged in the public eye the same as he entered, slightly overweight. Since then, Gunna’s outward appearance has quickly rounded into shape.
Lil Reese stops by for an interview with Cam Capone where he discusses Chief Keef producing for NBA Youngboy, Gunna taking a plea, YSL Woody snitching on Young Thug, Lil Durk and more.
600 Breezy speaks about the YSL RICO case, including Gunna taking a plea deal. 600 Breezy also spoke about his experience as part of a group conspiracy case. 600 Breezy explained that he didn’t take a plea deal until his cousin gave him the okay.
