Bodega Worker Fatally Stabs “Amiri” Attacker & Gets Sent To Jail
Manhattan bodega worker, Jose Alba, allegedly stabs “Amiri” attacker to death after the enraged man came around the counter and attacked him over a bag of chips.
The worker is first seen on the shocking video tending to customers from behind the counter at the Hamilton Heights Grocery store on Broadway — when he is suddenly confronted by a younger man.
The customer, identified as 37-year-old Austin Simon, was taken to Harlem Hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
The deadly beef reportedly started around 11 p.m. Friday when a woman entered the store with a child at Broadway and 139th Street to buy a back of chips, according to police.
But police said the unidentified woman didn’t have enough cash for the snack and instead stormed out of the store — and summoned Simon.
That’s when Simon charged into the store, went behind the counter and confronted the store clerk leading to the deadly stabbing.
Police responding to reports of an assault at the bodega arrested Alba and charged him with murder and criminal possession of a weapon.
Alba was being held on Rikers Island on $250,000 bail Tuesday and is due back in Manhattan court on Thursday.

Road Rage Driver Fires 14 Shots At A Man Trying To Pass Him
CHEROKEE COUNTY, Ga. — A suspect is in custody after deputies say he shot someone twice during a road rage shooting Thursday night.
Cherokee County sheriff’s deputies responded to Highway 92 at Woodstock Road just after 7 p.m.
Deputies said a Woodstock police officer witnessed the incident and conducted a traffic stop leading them to arrest the alleged shooter.
The sheriff’s office identified the suspect as 61-year-old Wade McEwan of Acworth.
Investigators said McEwan blocked 25-year-old Jason Daxon from passing him on Highway 92 several times.
McEwan started to fire his gun at Daxon, who turned around and went the opposite direction. Deputies said McEwan kept firing at Daxon’s car and shot at least 14 rounds.
Two of them hit Daxon, who was able to pull off near a local business. Daxon was transported to a local hospital conscious and alert. He is expected to survive.
McEwan is charged with aggravated assault, reckless conduct and reckless driving.
Officials say the investigation is ongoing.

48-Year-Old White Man Pushes An 11-Year-Old Black Boy Off His Bike
DEEP RIVER, Conn. — The mother of an 11-year-old Deep River boy says she is upset and sad after seeing a video of her son being pushed off his bike Monday.
In the video, Daniel Duncan falls to the ground after being pushed off his bike by 48-year-old Jameson Chapman. The man told Duncan to “get the f*** off your bike.”
Duncan told police they were riding their bikes when Chapman bumped into his friend and then began to raise his voice. The first encounter video starts from there.
Chapman was arrested and faces third-degree assault, risk of injury to a child, and second-degree breach of peace charges. He was released from custody on a $10,000 bail. He has a prior 2018 conviction for third-degree assault.

Carnival Cruise Brawl After Alleged Threesome Accusations: Watch
An all-out brawl that broke out among dozens of passengers aboard the Carnival Magic cruise ship was sparked over allegations of cheating while on the trip, according to an eyewitness passenger who shared video of the fight with Fox News Digital.
Theresa James, who said she is a travel agent, told Fox News Digital that the fight started just before 2 a.m. on the ship’s fifth floor, where a dance club and casino are located.
An alleged threesome between passengers had upset their significant others when they learned of the rendezvous, according to James, who said she witnessed the fight from her door.
The brawl lasted about an hour, according to the travel agent, and took the parties involved from the fifth floor to the ship’s first floor, which James described as a huge distance. She said the altercation wasn’t physical the whole time, and an estimated 60 people may have been involved.
The ship arrived Tuesday morning with New York police waiting as it docked. Carnival said the ship docked in Manhattan as scheduled.
