According to reports, DaBaby allegedly attacked a car service driver in Las Vegas during a visit in November 2019. Things reportedly went left once weed was sparked in the van.
The driver reportedly asked the rapper and his team to put out the weed but was met with resistance and alleged physical violence. Police say DaBaby and the people with him in the Sprinter started to curse out the driver and also threatened him.
Upon taking DaBaby and his crew to the Hard Rock Hotel, the driver says he told the rapper it was time to pay for the service. The driver said DaBaby allegedly punched him in the back of the head and said: “You ain’t the boss.” Police also say one of the suspects reportedly told the driver, “You’re lucky you’re not in my city because I would have killed you cracker motherf***er.” Because of this alleged incident, DaBaby has an active warrant for misdemeanor battery.
