Kevin Hart is getting some good news as a massive $60 million sex tape lawsuit he had against him was dismissed.
The woman who was in an alleged sex tape with Kevin Hart–Montia Sabbag, sued Hart for $60 million, saying that Hart and his friend plotted on videotaping them having sex. The woman also said Hart was allegedly motivated to get publicity from the tape since he had an upcoming comedy tour. Hart filed docs to get the case dismissed after the lawsuit was reportedly served to Hart incorrectly.
According to reports, a federal court found the lawsuit was brought in to the wrong venue, and the case was dismissed without prejudice. This means Montia Sabbag will be able to refile in California court if she chooses to.
