Meek Mill, who has been outspoken about injustices in America, has taken to social media to call out the double standard for the predominantly white rioters as opposed to Black people in the United States.
Meek posted a screenshot of a Politico headline that showed rioter Richard Barnett—the man who was seen with his feet up on Nancy Pelosi’s desk in her office. The headline said Barnett reportedly won permission to return home as he waits for his trial to begin. Barnett was charged with entering capitol ground with a stun gun, theft, and disorderly conduct.
