Philly Man With A Knife In His Hand Fatally Shot By Police In Front Of His Mother

Incident initially reported around 3:47pm at 6124 Locust St. The 911 caller stated a man, Walter Wallace, was assaulting a woman and he may possibly be armed with a knife. Police arrived on scene and attempted to subdue the man. He was consequently shot multiple times & died at the scene.
