Florida Woman Arrested for Fatally Shooting Black Mother in Front of Her Son
A Florida woman is in police custody after fatally shooting her black neighbor and single mother-of-four through her front door amid an ongoing dispute over where her kids were playing.
Susan Lorincz, 58, was arrested on Tuesday and charged with manslaughter with a firearm, culpable negligence, battery, and assault.
Lorincz is accused of killing 35-year-old Ajika “AJ” Owens after after Owens went to Lorincz’s house to confront her about allegedly throwing a rollerblade skate at one of her kids earlier in the day. Authorities say that’s when Lorincz fired one shot through her closed front door and struck Owens in the chest. Owens succumbed to the gunshot wound later that day.

Dallas Man Kills Woman He Used to ‘Talk to’ After Girlfriend Ordered Him to ‘Smoke Her’
A Dallas man is behind bars along with his girlfriend after allegedly killing a woman he “used to talk to,” at the request of his current partner.
Gabriel Leuyas reportedly fired the fatal shot at Keerstin Cooper who police say Leuyas previously had a fling with which he current girlfriend Breaira Martin had an issue with. Authorities say Martin and Cooper got into a verbal altercation which ended with Martin ordering Leuyas to “smoke” Cooper.
Leuyas then pulled out his weapon and shot Cooper twice through the windshield. According to FOX 4 News, “Police say that surveillance video from the area clearly shows the incident and that the suspects were identified using gang records, social media and police body cam following an anonymous tip.”
Leuyas and Martin are both charged with murder. Leuyas faces an additional charge of unlawful carrying of a weapon while Martin faces an additional charge of resisting arrest.

Woman Shoots Husband On Facebook Live In Front Of Their Kids
A Columbus woman shoots and kills her husband on Facebook Live. The shooting happened at about 7:30 Saturday morning at Greentree Apartments.
Lowndes County Sheriff Eddie Hawkins says Kadejah Brown and her husband, Jeremy Brown, had been arguing most of the night. He tells WCBI that Jeremy Brown was allegedly trying to leave the apartment and defuse the situation before being shot.

Florida Rapper Arrested For Murder After Rapping About It in Music Video
According to reports, a Florida rapper named La’Darion Chandler shot a 33-year-old man named John McGee in the back after words were exchanged between the two in December 2022.
McGee was known as “Bang Bang” and was reportedly released from prison in October 2022. McGee allegedly was taken to the hospital to be treated for injuries related to the shooting but passed away 24 days later after refusing treatment from the hospital.
Polk County Sheriff Grady Judd spoke on how police caught up with Chandler, saying, “He’s not much of a rapper. My rapper expert says he doesn’t sing well. He doesn’t move well. He’s just a terrible rapper. But, he’s a stupid rapper. He not only makes a rap video about shooting somebody, but he also admits to shooting the guy in the back. I’m a coward rapper, that’s what I am. Watch me shoot the guy in the back.”
Chandler was arrested by police after he pulled a gun on a man only blocks from where he allegedly shot Bang Bang. Police are reportedly still searching for the murder weapon and are offering a $5,000 reward. As of now, Chandler was charged with first-degree murder.

A Chicago woman shouted “I’ll kill you” before she fatally shoots a man who grabbed for her gun during a struggle last month in Washington Heights on the South Side, video released Thursday shows It was later reveled that she was an off-duty Chicago cop.
“Didn’t I just say I’d kill you,” the officer says after the third and final shot is fired. “Didn’t I just say I’d kill you?”
The private surveillance footage, released by the Civilian Office of Police Accountability, initially shows Leevon Smith arguing with a group of people in the 1300 block of West 90th Street just before 1 p.m. on Jan. 18.

Security Guard Tackles An Active Shooter Inside Clinic
BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – A man with a rifle fired shots inside a substance abuse treatment facility on Buffalo’s West Side Thursday morning, Buffalo Police confirmed, adding that no one was hit by gunfire inside the clinic. A police spokesperson said they believe the incident was an attempted robbery tied to drug activity that was connected to a separate shooting earlier Thursday.
Police Commissioner Joseph Gramaglia said a security guard at the Alba de Vida substance abuse treatment facility tackled the shooter and was able to apprehend him with the help of a second guard until police arrived. Police said the man fired a shot at a wall in the check-in area of the clinic before he was engaged by the guards. During a struggle, additional shots were discharged. Gramaglia said the gun the man had was an AR-15 style rifle and the magazine was larger than allowed by law.
